Can you donate plasma while taking a growth-hormone medication?

Someone on a forum asked whether they can donate plasma while using "hgh" (human growth hormone) and other peptides, and whether that makes any difference for plasma donation. They want to know if being on these drugs disqualifies them or creates extra risks for the donor or anyone receiving the plasma.
