There wasn’t a specific study or product linked in the post — just a request for suggestions. Peptides are short chains of amino acids — think of them as tiny pieces of protein. In medicine and cosmetics, some peptides are designed to mimic signals the body uses, like telling cells to grow or repair. A few of these have been proposed for hair because hair growth is controlled by signals between skin cells, immune cells, and hair follicle stem cells.
