Coming off a peptide cycle? Early gains fade, old aches often return

What the post actually shows is one person’s short-term experience, not a scientific study. Anecdotes can be useful as signals, but they don’t control for placebo effects, other lifestyle changes, or product variability. The reported benefits—deeper sleep (not longer), less fat in certain areas, skin flaking, faster workout recovery—are subjective and weren’t measured in a controlled way. The return of aches after stopping suggests some effects might have been tied to the active cycle. But we can’t say how much each substance contributed, which dose mattered, or whether any benefits will last. Why this might matter: lots of people are experimenting with peptides and off-label hormone tweaks hoping for better sleep, body composition, and recovery.
