They asked if others had seen the same pattern. This is an anecdote — a single person’s observation, not a controlled study — so treat it as a question worth exploring, not proof of anything. DSIP stands for delta sleep-inducing peptide. It’s a small protein-like molecule (a peptide) that was first discovered decades ago and was named because early work suggested it might promote delta sleep — the very deep, restorative stage of sleep.
