They are not the same as prescription HGH (human growth hormone); they stimulate your own glands to make more GH for a period. What the post actually reflects is anecdote, not rigorous science. While many peptides reported to boost GH show effects in lab or small clinical tests, real benefits and risks vary by compound, how it’s made, and who uses it.
